Following the successful launch of Ikebana, our first project with Gala Infrastructure, we were engaged once more to brand and launch their most ambitious project yet—Le Parque Estates.
Situated on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, Le Parque spans a vast 300 acres, offering a range of villa developments, each with its own distinctive character. Designed by the renowned architect and landscape designer Bill Bensley, this project sets out to redefine villa living in Ahmedabad with its core concept of “luxury immersed in nature”.
We were brought onboard to brand and position the first two sectors within Le Parque, creating distinct themes for different audiences while ensuring they harmonise with the overall Le Parque theme. Additionally, we also developed a comprehensive nomenclature system that can be extended to accommodate all future sectors within Le Parque.
Acasa is the first and largest sector within Le Parque estates. With 57 large 3 and 4 bedroom villas, this sector boasts of fusion architecture with a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary design elements.
Offering homes of large carpet areas, and designed using muted natural colour tones, Acasa’s target audience are a luxury audience with an evolved state of being. This TG comprises of traditionally wealthy families who have seen the best of what life can offer, and therefore, seek homes that reflect their lifestyle.
