VGC developed strategic branding and communication for Taj Khazana, the Taj Hotels’ chain of premium handicrafts and souvenirs. This took the brand from being a mere antique store, to one that portrayed heritage chic. Due to space constraints, it was not possible to open a store at every hotel, so we went a step further and created the concept of an over the counter gift store– Taj Khazana Giftique, for which we also created the identity and packaging.
