CREATING A BIG IMPRESSION
Impact is a weekly magazine that analyses the developments of the week in the world of advertising and media and provides fresh perspectives to the key happenings in the industry.
Impact magazine approached VGC to rejuvenate its brand position and editorial design. From interactions and interviews with key stakeholders from the industry we derived the positioning for the magazine. We suggested that the magazine go beyond the position of a holistic advertising and marketing magazine and adopt a visionary approach of new age communication. Apart from creating a vibrant identity for the magazine with a bright, more youthful masthead, we revitalised the look and feel of the entire magazine. Starting from renaming the various sections of the magazine we injected the pages with a dynamic colour palette, pictograms and icons. We suggested feature and content changes to make the magazine contemporary and future ready.
Today Impact magazine stands out in the market with its unmatched depth of content and its youth appeal leading to increased revenues and an augmented brand equity amongst its readers.
