CREATING SPACES TO CARRY FORWARD THE ART OF CHILLING
Foster’s appointed VGC to design special themed lounges that would carry forward its brand equity of chilling. While developing the Foster’s lounge, we benchmarked ourselves against internationally renowned lounges. The Foster’s Art of Chilling positioning was carried forward through to the lounge design. The resulting lounge space provided a three-dimensional experience of the brand. All internal communication and environmental graphics were set in line with the brand’s positioning. Being a dedicated space, it gave us complete control of the brand experience and allowed us to enforce better brand awareness. Innovative brand interactions were developed, which helped us communicate the brand positioning while acting as a tool to delight the senses. The lounges encouraged footfalls, both new walk-ins as well as repeated customers.
