Times Property – Your weekend Realty show

People so obsessed with owning a home, they have very little else on their minds – that was the underlying theme of this rib-tickling campaign. Thus life’s situations are given a fun twist to drive home the message that if it's property you're looking for, you’ll find it in Times Property.

   Creating Brand Property

The creative team at VGC chose to dramatise the bewildering nature of making property-purchase decisions in two out of the three-ad campaign. Announcing, in short, the presence of an experienced hand to show the way. Summed up succinctly in the base line ‘Real experts in real estate’. Visually arresting and copy-intensive, the two ads informed as much as they intrigued. While the third ad provided a ready-reckoner of all the features the Supplement offers. A campaign that has helped build up Times Property as the one really dependable real estate consultant in the market today.

   Graphic Design

The revival of the real estate business in Mumbai led to the birth of a fortnightly supplement by the Times Group which was meant to serve as the ultimate guide for buying property in Mumbai. Soon, the Times Group decided to go weekly with the supplement accompanying the Saturday Times. VGC was called in to give the effort a cohesive,
well-packaged look. The first thing VGC did was rechristen it as Times Property to make it belong more seamlessly to the Times of India. The new logo and baseline drew from the equity of Times Classifieds and was a smart, upbeat reflection of the real estate market. The supplement itself was redesigned totally to give it a contemporary new look that is easy on the eye and functionally pleasing. Easy at-a-glance contents and a professional feel took it into a realm far removed from the earlier, more rudimentary Property Times.
