this course is not a demonstration. it is designed for people wishing to further their understanding of indian cuisine and take an active part in a working commercial kitchen, its not a school. where ever possible menu items are from our pack2go range enabling candidate to make this menu at home. all ingredients, equipment and aprons are provided though you should bring pen and notebook to make your own notes
you will taste throughout the session then take home what you have cooked along with course notes, recipes and spices for your chosen main course. most of all, it is expected that you enjoy your experience
